Introduction
THE PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM
- The aim of the program is to integrate the discipline of management with the practical aspects of strategic leadership.
PARTICIPANTS
- Directors, company boards, senior managers, managers who need to strengthen knowledge in strategic leadership.
- Business owners who want to develop their businesses using modern management tools.
- People at senior managerial levels looking for academic management education, willing to share their practical knowledge.
- Managers focused on success and making changes.
- Managers facing the prospect of promotion to the management board or high managerial positions.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE:
- Duration of MBA studies: 2 years, approx. 550 hours
- Learning in the extramural system
- Meetings once a month
- The modules will take place on: Friday, Saturday, Sunday and, if necessary, on a designated other day of the week
- 30-hour modules with a final exam.
- duration of classes: 9.00 - 17.00
- Language of instruction: Polish;
- Exam at the end of each MODULE
- Classes based on a case study.
- Diploma defense after passing/passing all exams in all modules.

TEACHING STAFF
- Business practitioners from Poland, with many years of international experience (Ernst and Young, Boeing, CRM, Deloitte) and teaching staff of GUT.
PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS
- From all over Poland.
- Employed in senior managerial positions (e.g. members of supervisory and management boards, presidents, directors), i.e. executive manager.
- Preferred people over 35 years old.
- Having min. 5 years of work experience in a senior management position.
- Higher education (preferably technical and legal).
- Who, on their own initiative, want to improve their qualifications in the field of management and acquire/improve leadership skills.
