The MBA in International Business Law is intended not only for high-level lawyers, but also for professionals wishing to master advanced legal questions in their sector of activity. This training gives them a perfect mastery of the challenges of markets and businesses. A decisive asset in an increasingly competitive market where these two sectors remain intimately linked.
The training is articulated around three professional axes:
- Legal risk in companies and markets;
- Mastery of the fundamental disciplines of both sectors;
- The implementation of strategic solutions more adapted legally.
This is the reason why the training offers a transversal legal reading of these two sectors of activity through two Teaching Units (EU): Law and Finance on one side; Law and Management of the other.

The MBA International Business Law - Management and Finance is available to holders:

The MBA in International Business Law is also aimed at professionals in Management and / or Finance who wish to:

The training allows student lawyers to validate their Individual Pedagogical Project (IPP), ie 6 months of training. This project aims to bring together economic and legal students.

- Business structuring;
- Legal and fiscal arrangements;
- Incorporation of companies and financial institutions;
- Asset management: SGP's constitution and operation; structuring of investment funds, etc.

Teaching method of the MBA in international business law:
The training is based on a very active participation of students in any event organized by the teaching team and the school. This active participation begins with the courses taught, which are based on a reverse pedagogy.
The MBA also sets up a number of events related to training. It will be essentially:
Forum and exhibitions: To promote the program, educational managers and students are invited to participate in various events and exhibitions.
Conferences: Students are invited to organize and prepare, in contact with professionals, seminars on current topics in Law, Finance and Management.
Conferences: Conferences are organized either by students or by the teaching team. Students will have the opportunity to discover the career of a professional, to receive advice and eventually to build relationships that can be useful in their future professional career.
Study Tour: An annual trip is traditionally organized to visit London's financial center. The MBA may also organize other trips (Frankfurt, European Commission, etc.).
Legal workshops: Data rooms, legal audits, financial packages, introductions on the different markets (regulated, Alternext, OTC, etc.) as well as other projects are offered to students.
Competitions and competitions: To increase the visibility of the training as well as to facilitate the contact between the students and the French and international professionals, the ESLSCA participates in several competitions and famous competitions, in particular:
- Jones Day Award for Best Business Law Partner. Created in 2015, this prize has so far met with the participation of nearly 200 teams.
- Trophy EY Lawyers of the best young taxer who rewards each year the best students specializing in tax law.
Internship or Alternation: To validate their diploma, students have the opportunity to do an internship of a minimum continuous duration of 3 months in law firms, in business or in private or public institution, or to be alternating in the same sectors of activity.
Professional activity report: At the end of the internship or work-study period, students are asked to prepare and present an activity report which must be supported at the end of the year before a professional jury.
Legal prizes: Professionals can be invited to attend (or participate in the jury) the end of year defenses. Some of them can set up a prize rewarding the work selected by: an internship, the financing of a study tour, the publication price of the works, etc.
