Introduction
Focused on both depth and breadth, the PEMBA program will teach you business fundamentals as well as allowing you to branch out into specific areas of interest. It is your degree—earn it your way.
We know you have got a lot going on—that is why we have designed the PEMBA curriculum to sync with your goals, schedule, and preferred pace. Our two tracks—cohort and flex—allow you to take classes when you want. With flexible options like evening and weekend courses, week-long intensives, and even virtual learning, you will not have to put your career on hold while you learn.
Both inside and outside of the classroom, you can design your MBA experience to match your career goals. PEMBA allows you to tailor your degree by building a custom focus area through specializations, career pathways, and learning communities. As a part-time student, you have got options—you can earn a specialized degree—either our Health Sector MBA or our Social Impact MBA—in a city considered the capital of both industries. You can follow a career pathway, a set of courses that will fast-track you to success in a specific field or industry like Brand Management or Corporate Finance. You can also join learning communities, small groups that rally around common academic interests. You can earn two degrees at once—MBA+ MA in International Relations, an MBA+ MA in Economics, or an MBA+ MS in Product Design & Manufacture.
Here, you will never work in a silo. Teaming is so much more than just group projects—it is part of what makes our community so strong. We do not just put you in teams and give you assignments—we teach what it takes to make those teams successful. Throughout your time here, you will work on multiple teams, meaning that after you wrap up with one, you will get feedback, grow, and try again.
