Global MBA (UCA)

With the Global MBA program, you will learn to develop a solid understanding of essential management topics, including marketing, finance, operations, and leadership.

Berlin School of Business and Innovation is in partnership with the University for the Creative Arts (UCA). As a result of this partnership, BSBI can offer the Global MBA program. UCA is an acclaimed creative institution in the UK that ranks highly in all three of the major UK league tables. The university has also been ranked 13th out of all UK universities in the Guardian League Table 2020; and ranked no.7 in the 2021 Guardian League Tables for Business, Management & Marketing.

Why study this program

Throughout the 18-month program, you’ll have the opportunity to learn the skills needed to work in the global economy. You’ll also pick a pathway based on your career goals: Entrepreneurship, Project Management, HR Management, and Marketing Management. Modules of the program include Marketing and Business Environment, Strategic Management and Leadership as well as Accounting and Managerial Finance.

You will have the option to choose from:

2. Digital Marketing and Social Media: you will gain indispensable skills in social media and digital marketing so you can stay ahead of the competition
3. Financial and Business Modelling: this course can help you make advanced-level decisions that enhance the value of your organization
4. Project Management: This program teaches you leadership skills and how to effectively address constraints including scope, time, and budget
5. Character Development - Leadership and Strategy: you will develop skills in innovation and entrepreneurship whilst leading from the front.

Alongside your program, you’ll have the chance to explore Berlin, the home of start-ups, big businesses, and cultural hotspots. Germany also offers a post-study work visa which allows students to remain in the country for up to 18 months after finishing their studies to gain valuable work experience.

International Study Experience

BSBI offers multiple study locations for students to choose from! This program is available at our main campus in Berlin. It is also offered in Paris, France, as a "Dual Programme Award" as part of our International Study Experience in partnership with UCA and PPA.

Academic qualifications

• Strong undergraduate degree from a recognized university
• If you do not meet the academic requirements, you may be assessed on relevant work experience. You must have at least 3 years of management experience
