Master of Business Administration

The AIC MBA Program develops future managers and executives that can succeed and thrive in a fast, complex and dynamic 21st-century business environment. Our students gain a comprehensive understanding of behavioral, ethical, economic and quantitative aspects of business administration.

AIC’s MBA combines theory with practice to develop a full understanding of the ways that each business discipline can be integrated into a broad-based approach to effective organizational leadership. Through this rigorous program, our students develop their decision-making skills, an analytical approach to identifying and resolving management problems, and an appreciation of the relationships between technology and people in profit-seeking and non-profit organizations.

The MBA Program at AIC is a structured, 12 course, 36 credit program that operates on a cohort-based model, which fosters a close, team-based working relationship between the students within each program-long cohort.

Students take one course at a time, one evening a week for seven weeks per course, allowing them to fully immerse themselves in the course subject matter and complete the program in less than two years. The culmination of the program is the MBA Capstone where students pull together the knowledge gained by creating a comprehensive business plan to start their own business.
