We need to expand the definition of what an entrepreneur is and stop focussing only on young people who want to create world-changing businesses. Today, the entrepreneur is someone who can see an opportunity to create value for transforming the Employee society into an Entrepreneurial society. Shifting the orientation to an entrepreneurship program, to more innovation and challenge-driven models and adopting a curriculum grounded more on project-based learning, we are contributing to the creation and development of this Entrepreneurial society. What we need are entrepreneurs in every part of the organization, people who are focused on identifying new opportunities, creating more and more value for themselves and society. And it doesn’t really matter if this organization is a business enterprise, a public organization or an NGO. According to Klaus Schwab, we need to shape a future that works for all of us by putting people first and empowering them. This MBA in Entrepreneurship is a program helping to empower people.
